How We Rank: Our Methodology

Introduction

We evaluate the broker’s commitment to trust and safety by assessing its regulatory compliance, measures taken for fraud prevention, and client fund security. Regulatory oversight and fraud prevention measures are crucial for ensuring the safety of traders’ funds and personal information.

Tradable Instruments: Diverse Range of Trading Opportunities (10%)

We analyze the diversity of tradable instruments offered by the broker. This includes commodities, currencies, cryptocurrencies, indices, stocks, bonds, and options. We assess the variety of instruments available, catering to traders’ preferences and strategies.

We examine the broker’s unique tools and features that provide traders with valuable insights and decision-making support. This includes push notifications, trend exploration tools, instrument-specific insights, comparative analysis, AI-powered assistance, and advanced risk management tools.

Research and Education: Enabling Knowledge Growth (10%)

We evaluate the broker’s educational content compared to industry leaders. We analyze the learning center’s overview, educational content comparison, progress in education, content sources, areas for improvement, and the focus on video-based learning.

Customer Support: Ensuring Traders’ Peace of Mind (15%)

We assess the broker’s customer support offerings, including accessibility to live support during standard and extended hours, multi-channel support, supplemental information and tools, and the overall responsiveness of the support team.

Account Opening: Streamlined and User-Friendly (5%)

We review the broker’s account opening process, including the application information requirements, time required to open an account, and any distinctively competitive offerings. We evaluate the ease of use and guidance provided during the application process.

Deposit and Withdrawals: Convenient and Secure (5%)

We examine the broker’s deposit and withdrawal methods, security measures, processing times, and fees associated with transactions. We prioritize the convenience and security of traders’ fund management.
