It owns and manages cultivation facilities, manufacturing units, and dispensaries; and involves in the cultivation, extraction, manufacture, and sale of THC and CBD cartridges, concentrates, and edibles. Vext Science, Inc. was incorporated in 2015 and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
